List of local restaurants and places where you can buy food

Unfortunately, we are only able to provide light refreshments during the workshop.

There are a number of places to eat that are very close to Wolf Village apartments, at Western Boulevard. These include some places where you can get breakfast and options (mostly fast food) for evening meals. Also, there is a supermarket (Food Lion) just off Western.

Hillsborough Street is very close to SAS Hall, so provides a number of lunchtime and evening options. A campus bus will be running from Hillsborough Street back to Wolf Village, providing an alternative to making the mile or so walk back. (See the Transport page.)

Slightly further from SAS Hall is Cameron Village which offers a variety of places to eat, including some more upscale choices than Mission Valley or Hillsborough Street.

On Saturday evening, we plan on going downtown, taking rides to and from dinner with local participants.
